Qiongda Zhao
Biography
I'm an Assistant Professor of Economics in the Department of Economics, Justice, and Policy Studies at Mount Royal University. My research focuses on public economics, labor economics, and health economics. I use quasi-experimental methods and large administrative datasets to explore the causal effects of government transfer programs on individual behavior. A big part of my work looks at the distributional impacts of these policies, which are key to understanding socioeconomic outcomes.
